Work with us at one our client’s luxury student accommodation sites in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced and exciting industry. You will be the first point of contact for this stylish new building. It is a beautiful, modern and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities.

We are looking for someone who is available for the following dates and working hours:

^{28th April 10am - 4:30pm} 

2^nd May to the 5^th May inclusive 9am - 2:30pm 

9^th May to the 12^th May inclusive 9am - 2:30pm 

16^th & 17^th May inclusive 9am - 2:30pm 

You must be available to cover all hours required. 

Key Tasks

• Conducting tours and viewings of the property
• Answering phone calls
• Dealing with parcel and post deliveries, ensuring they are passed on to the tenants
• Dealing with general enquiries 
• Coordinating maintenance issues
• Problem solving
• Signing in and out contractors 

Knowledge and Skills

• A friendly and welcoming approach and the ability to cooperate well with all students and clients in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
• Excellent rapport building abilities.
• Sales focussed and highly proactive approach.
• Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to use emails, phones and various systems.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
