As Senior Community Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to help set-up and manage a team to deliver world class service for a beautiful flexible-workspace site in Milton Keynes.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the commercial and operational success of this incredible new site in Milton Keynes, including member acquisition, renewals, external events, member engagement, service levels and green performance.

The role:

• Responsible for the impact, commercial and operational success for the site
• Manage and motivate a team to deliver world class service to members and guests
• Set the tone and standards for the service provided, building a culture for people to be at their best and thrive
• Member engagement to understand their requirements and future plans
• Manage site sustainability KPIs
• Facility management and compliance
• Financials and forecasting
• Sales process, contract negotiations and strategic planning
• Embody the B Corp values in everything that you do
• Prioritise people with every small action – support, inspire, educate, amplify and connect people through the company mission
• Engage with Marketing Team and Events Manager to build an events programme to drive revenue
• Create local partnerships

Skills & Experience:

• B Corp values of putting people and planet first
• Ideal applicants will have a proven track record of working in a similar customer facing Management role in either co-working, property management, high-end hospitality / retail or luxury hotel sector
• Proven track record in managing teams to deliver company goals and targets
• Prior experience of working with SME’s and Start-ups
• Entrepreneurial self-starter full of new ideas that you’d love to try
• Excellent relationship builder
