The Job
We're looking for an Events and Brand Activations Executive to support with the execution of our events and festivals, brand partnerships, and content calendar - bringing huge amounts of energy and attention to detail to Lucky Saint. The role will be based in our brand new HQ above our very own pub, The Lucky Saint in central London and you will report into the Events & Partnerships Manager.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Supporting our Events and Partnerships Manager at all our events and festivals, running the day-to-day execution – being their on-hand person to ensure all events run smoothly
- Organise the brand events calendar of our pub, The Lucky Saint, working with partners to build a loyal and engaged community of Lucky Saint fans
- Take ownership of smaller scale sampling opportunities and events – utilising our Lucky Saint draught vehicles to drive around London and the UK, pouring golden pints
- Support with the management of our activation agencies and third-party logistics partners to ensure consistent and excellent execution of brand activations at consumer events
- Work collaboratively with the wider Lucky Saint team including the On Trade, Operational and Comms team, to amplify events and partnerships across all channels
- Manage launch and announcement of new events and brand partners across social, CRM and community events
- Support our Social Media Manager and Growth team by capturing content for social, copy writing and proofreading creative copy for newsletters and social media posts
- Organise and run social media competitions
- Keep a close eye on the category and feeding back to the team on current trends or opportunities
- Keep folders and databases organised and up to date
- Ensuring brand consistency across all assets and channels
What we’ll be looking for in you
- A passion for events
- At least one years' experience working in a marketing and events role
- Energy and enthusiasm in spades - we want someone who is ready to grab this opportunity and run with it
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace and to problem solve under pressure
- A proactive learner - taking control of your own development
- An interest in the no/low beer industry - excited to be part of a growing category
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- An understanding of organic social media
- A confident and charismatic nature
- Entrepreneurial attitude – feels comfortable and motivated by owning a project from start to finish
- A driving license
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings when events are taking place (days in lieu will be given back for working out of hours)
