We have an opportunity for two Customer Service Specialists/Analysts (German speakers) working at our head office in Reading (Near Green Park)
The main part of the role is to support incoming and outgoing queries from/to automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in German. We also provide service to Turkey so Turkish language skills in addition to German would be an advantage but not essential. As a frontline representative of the company, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely fashion and according to SLA agreements
- Logging customer queries and issues using our call logging software
- Maintaining external and internal SLAs
- Data analysis and publishing financial business reporting
- Ensuring customer service requirements and delivered in accordance to SLA agreements
- Controlling user registration and access to the service
Skills:
- Strong customer focus
- Effective communication skills in German (native level) and English - verbal and written
- Turkish – verbal and written would be an advantage
- High level of numeracy with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good level of IT skills in general
- Good problem solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
