Digital Marketing Manager
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic business within the luxury property sector.
This role is based at Head Office within the Digital Marketing Team which provides support and information to numerous site locations across the UK.
Excellent induction, training and support will be provided - hybrid working available.
The aim of this role:
- To generate awareness, leads and bookings through a variety of digital marketing channels, whilst ensuring optimal ROI
- Lead on reporting and data visualisation of customer, financial and marketing data sources to enable the company to make appropriate and evidence based decisions
- To be the “go-to” contact for digital reporting and data visualisation within the business
- To support the Head of Digital Marketing to formulate the company-wide digital marketing strategy and to provide project management assistance when required
Some of the key tasks:
- To produce regular reports required to inform both internal and external clients of digital marketing performance.
- Utilise Tableau and other reporting tools to produce insightful reporting and data visualisations
- To increase the effectiveness of digital marketing activity, by developing and managing multiple campaigns and content
- Leading on optimising web content for organic search engine performance and tracking the performance
- Briefing social media content, including content planning and development, to ensure delivery of the social media strategy
- Plan, manage and report on PPC campaigns, working with the wider Marketing team to ensure effectiveness
- To work with the Site Teams and Heads of Operations to ensure that the properties and offers are effectively promoted
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualisation tools and experience of creating digital reports
- Strong experience working in an online environment
- Experience of running internally managed large scale email campaigns
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholder for Social Media
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and specifically Excel
- In-depth knowledge and experience with web analytics services, specifically Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- HTML knowledge desirable activities
- A marketing or business studies degree or a similar relevant qualification
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and an interest in working in a results orientated role
