We have an opportunity to join a fantastic Professional Services client situated in beautiful offices on an initial 3 week temporary contract (with a strong possibility of extension) as a Front of House Administrator. Based in Basingstoke town centre with excellent parking facilities, this is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting of clients
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Preparing refreshments when necessary
- Managing the reception email inbox
- Data entry
- Other administrative duties as required
