Description

Our client is based in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Pangbourne, Berkshire, and seeking a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join their wonderful team. This is a permanent part time role, working 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, and one Saturday every month (which will be organised by a flexible rota). You would be joining a small but lovely team in a brilliant environment who are always committed to supporting each other.


Working alongside and reporting to the Client Services & Property Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all “front of house” services which include the management of the electronic appointment diary, processing customer payments, administering various competitions, supporting colleagues with corporate and charity events and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. You will also have fantastic system and administration skills which are allied to a customer focused and problem-solving attitude.


This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily operation of the reception area and all associated tasks
  • Manage the shared electronic appointments diary
  • Raise and process customer payments
  • Assist with the administration of competitions and both on and off-site events
  • Maintain cleanliness of all customer facing areas
  • Stock taking as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of client data bases
  • Receive and return guns according to strict company protocols
