Amazing entry level opportunity into IT Support or to build on your early IT career experience within this growth IT Business based on the outskirts of West Oxford. The 1st Line Support role will provide a progressive career opportunity to someone who has a passion for IT and Customer Service and is looking for a company that will support you in this direction.
We have hired school leavers up to graduates into these positions previously as well as career changers who want to get into IT or IT Apprentices who have completed their apprenticeship and are looking for a permanent position. We are completely open to any background as long as you meet the following:
- Have an interest/passion for IT
- Are confident in working in a phone and face to face client/customer centric role
- Are driven and motivated to study and learn
You will be given the full support and training to develop your technical and customer service skills to deliver outstanding service to clients contacting this business regarding IT issues, faults or advice.
