Business Change / Project Manager / Change PM
Change / Transformation Project Manager required to join this UK based Charity to help support the delivery of the transformation portfolio. The Transformation / Change Project Manager will lead a diverse range of business facing strategic transformation projects.
They will lead the delivery of key projects to ensure change is embedded and the business case benefits fully realised (Benefits realisation). Working across a diverse group of key stakeholders delivering key change related projects focussed on people, process and systems.
Under the leadership of the Transformation Director and directed by a change management board, the Project Manager will work on projects to deliver and embed transformational change in the business.
We are looking for a seasoned Business Change Project Manager with a developed tool kit of delivering key business change requirements. Technology / systems enabled improvements will drive a number of the business change workstreams focusing on a blend of core systems enabled change requirements across Finance/ERP, HR/Payroll and Sales/CRM.
Key accountabilities:
- Strong Project Planning, Project Delivery, Project/Programme Governance and Communication skills.
- Engaging and influential style of leadership. No direct reports but will be required to maximise the contribution of the project teams (BA’s, Testers, SME’s etc)
- Budget management; Planning, monitoring and managing project budgets.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, APMG/APM, APM, AGILE/ Scrum or equivalent qualification)
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering transformation projects including significant elements of business change
- Significant experience of successfully delivering a wide range of system development, integration, upgrade, migration, and implementation projects
- Experience of defining, baselining, and realising benefits.
- Consistently delivers stretching objectives through the application of project management skills, effective prioritisation and the efficient use of time and resources. Ability to deliver projects on time, on specification and on budget
