Sales Support Executive

This new role is for a Sales Support Executive to help with the following daily duties:

• Collecting information from various suppliers in order to prepare quotes for customers
• Formatting quotes and proposals to send across to customers
• Converting pricing from dollars to pounds
• Allocating the correct discount codes where appropriate
• Responding to customer queries
• Preparing paperwork and quotes within the agreed Serve Level Agreements
• Proof reading documents and quotes before they are sent out to ensure the details are correct

Skills and experience Required:

• Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Sales Support / Sales Admin / Office Admin type roles
• Numerate - ability to quickly sanity check the figures provided in quotes 
• Good formatting and admin skills
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organised to ensure work is carried out with agreed SLA's

Immediate Start Available 

Initially based in the office 5 days a week with free parking available onsite.
