An amazing opportunity to join this Oxford based property client as a sales ledger clerk. Working within this essential function you will be required to stay on top of all sales ledger activity to ensure a clear understanding of all monies owed across a portfolio of property sites.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Highlighting and managing aged debt in a proactive and timely manner
- Reporting/escalating issues or challenges where appropriate and organising payment plans/contact with guarantors
- Cash allocation.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Take full ownership of the income process
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
