This role is reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager, helping to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to generate new business, whilst maintaining the strong base of repeat customers.
You will be responsible for pro-actively contacting schools to talk about and present overseas travel opportunities designed around supporting positive change programmes, including environmental issues and reducing global poverty.
The role:
- Grow the company's digital marketing capability, including social media
- Help to oversee the performance of the company website
- Contacting schools to discuss opportunities and to build your sales pipeline
- Presenting at schools to launch new travel programmes
- Actively promoting travel programmes to generate interest across the entire CRM database
Skills & Experience:
- Confident with excellent sales and marketing skills
- Experience with using online marketing to support lead generation campaigns
- Ability to build long-lasting business relationships with all customers
- Strong Account Management skills
- Creative and innovative approach to winning new business
- Confident in presenting to groups
- A positive team player
This is a hybrid role, working in the office 2 or 3 days a week.
International travel opportunities are available with this role too.
