Temporary Receptionist
Work with us at one our client’s luxury student accommodation sites in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced and exciting industry. You will be the first point of contact for this stylish new building. It is a beautiful, modern and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities.The working hours for this are 12:30pm - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
We are looking for someone who is available from Monday 26th September - Tuesday 11th October.
Key Tasks- Conducting tours and viewings of the property
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with parcel and post deliveries, ensuring they are passed on to the tenants
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance issues
- Problem solving
- Signing in and out contractors
Knowledge and Skills
- A friendly and welcoming approach and the ability to cooperate well with all students and clients in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
- Excellent rapport building abilities.
- Sales focussed and highly proactive approach.
- Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
- Good administrative skills and the ability to use emails, phones and various systems.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
