Description

Our client is based in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Pangbourne, Berkshire, and seeking a talented Administrator to join their wonderful team.


The successful candidate will  take responsibility for the daily administration as well as processing proposals, contracts, invoices, licenses and all associated correspondence with estates and clients. This will also involve the seamless operation of all bookings by providing estates, clients and colleagues with all logistical and operational information in a timely manner.


The requirements of the role will mean you will have to be highly organised as well as very strong system and administration skills which are allied to a superb customer focused and problem-solving attitude.


This is a full time permanent office based role, working Monday to Friday, with excellent parking facilities on site. Due to the rural location of the client, the successful candidate will require access to a car.


This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily administrative operation of the team
  • Use Salesforce CRM and maintain detailed and accurate records of all communication.
  • Create and provide clients with proposal documents
  • Raise, process, and monitor the status of all contracts
  • Raise and monitor of invoices on Sage
  • Process international visitors permits with associated Police authorities
  • Liaise with estates (both in the UK and Spain), clients and their offices to secure all required information for the smooth operation of bookings
