We are looking for a senior and highly experienced Business Analyst to join a large transformation programme. The role will be outside IR35 and will require someone with business facing Transformation/Change experience. The company is undergoing multiple systems (ERP/HR/CRM) systems change/migration activities and so requires a seasoned business facing BA to lead on the core requirements and process mapping activities. Previous experience of working within a technology or systems change environment (business facing) will be essential.
The overall programme will extend to around 2 years in duration so there is huge scope for this role to go through multiple extensions.
Working locations are of a Hybrid nature. 2 days per week in the office (Oxford or Lincoln locations) and then the rest will be worked from home with the flexibility to visit other sites/offices as required through the demands of the role. Travel to the main place of work cannot be expensed but any travel beyond this is fully expensed.
