Our client is an exciting professional services firm with a national reputation for excellence, seeking a Customer Services Administrator to support their administration and reception team as well as providing exceptional customer service. This a temp to perm role, working Monday to Friday with a growing team and excellent opportunities for development. The offices are just a short walk away from Winchester train station.
This varied role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
- Take and pass on accurate messages as required
- Courteously greet and interact with visitors to the premises
- Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required
- Manage room and hospitality bookings
- Collecting filing from designated areas
- Maintaining all filing in a tidy and orderly manner
- Work with the practice management system to log and record documents
- Sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- To be aware of the day to day health and safety requirements surrounding working area
- Stationery management and stock control
The required skills, qualities and experience:
- Customer focused, with experience in a customer service environment
- Well presented with a professional manner
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and flexible approach
- Innovative and can spot an improvement opportunity
- The ability to empathise and understand the customer’s needs
