Description

Our client is an exciting and fast growing tech company seeking a motivated and outgoing customer focused Enterprise Support Coordinator to join their brilliant team.

Working as part of the Onboarding team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding journey for large Enterprise and complex integration based, high-priority partners, involving project style onboarding and a managed roll out plan. This will involve keeping strong communication channels with the customer and holding regular meetings with them to guide them through their onboarding process, working very closely with the Senior Integrations specialist to coordinate their system configurations, and liaising with internal departments for any issues that arise. You will need the ability to retain exceptional knowledge and understanding of the solutions, products, and features that our client offers. The Onboarding Specialist will then lead on these projects so you will need to be super organised as well as the ability to drive a project forward using your expert communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Working 40 hours per week across five days, there will also be a need to be part of the on-call rota, shared across the team, as support runs 7 days a week up to 11pm. When on-call, this will of course attract an out of hours on-call payment for you.

  • Speedy escalation to the Head of Onboarding where issues arise and support is required.
  • Working in other parts of the onboarding team to support with all other onboarding activities.
  • manning the customer support channels as part of the out-of-hours cover rota.

Skills, qualities and experience required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate responses depending on the audience.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to carry out a range of different duties, working on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent problems solving skills and ability to manage your own time will prioritise a busy workload
  • Good communication skills - ability to communicate complex details and information clearly and tailor the communication style to the audience.
  • Ability to come up with creative resolutions to problems, sometimes under pressure of being on customer meetings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on the customers experience
  • Strong negotiation and people management skills
  • Min 1 year previous Project Management experience.

Benefits

  • Remote working with trips to the office as required. (Ideally once a week)
  • 25 days holiday a year. (plus the normal statutory public holidays)
  • £50 a week to spend through the app in any of our client's venues.
