Technical Support

Technical Support officer / Trainee opportunity. Looking for someone with some technical Support experience and an active interest in IT/Technology, who is looking for an opportunity to learn and develop their career and skills. Full training will be provided on the technology they provide and how to support their clients with issues, questions and integrations. In addition this role will have exposure across their product development team, looking at customer data, industry data and product data to establish facts/patterns and present conclusions that could help with product enhancement or customer service/satisfaction.

Experience with supporting CRM type technologies (salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com, Zendesk etc) would also be useful. Any experience with Jira or other issues/project tracking software would also be helpful but not essential. All applicants should have a good level of use across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving problems will be a key attribute to success in this role. In addition you will need to have strong communication (Written and verbal) skills to engage with clients/customers and various teams internally both in person.

Qualifications:

• Looking for a minimum A level education or equivalent ideally with a technical subject
• Graduates with an IT, technology, technical or Business related subject would be desirable

A valid UK driving licence would be desirable as there will be occasional travel within the UK to attend meetings or meet with customers. This role will require a strong work ethic and resilience to ensure you learn the technical aspects of this role and keep on top of the work schedule.
