- Description
We have an opportunity to join our lovely Professional Services client based opposite Wimbledon train station as a Data Entry Administrator. This is a temporary position for at least 3 months with the potential for the role to become permanent should you wish - you'll be joining a fantastic team, based in lovely offices and full training will be provided.
The role will be working full time, Monday to Friday, with the following shifts on a rota basis:
- 08:00 - 16:30
- 09:00 - 17:30
- 10:00 - 18:30
- 11:30 - 20:00
The role will involve the followiing responsibilities:
- Photocopying and scanning
- Auditing deeds
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Document checking
- Data tracking
- Call answering
- Filing
- Data entry
- Other administrative duties as required
