Our client is an amazing internationally recognised values driven organisation seeking a Category Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full time hybrid position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with the flexibility to choose the days you wish to work from their stunning offices in Oxfordshire.
This interesting and varied role will cover the following key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with the Category team internally and externally so that you understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of both businesses in order to produce win: win category recommendations
- Be the expert when it comes to IRI data, understand their performance, and identify their (and the client's) category opportunities for growth
- Overlay Kantar consumer metrics to hone analysis and recommendations
- Be a key part of the Category's range planning process
- Use SIP's follow-on functionality to support sell-ins - showing for example, but not limited to, footfall opportunities
- Reactively assist the NAMs to deliver Category Based Selling to all other retailers
- Administer systems where needed including product coding and the update of interactive reports
