Cluster Sales Manager – Property Sector
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing property business who are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager, due to on-going expansion within the business and ambitious plans for the rest of 2022.
The role:
- Create a sales strategy and business plan to ensure the company exceeds sales and profit targets
- Manage and motivate a sales team to deliver expected results in finding and converting leads
- Put in place structure, training plans and reviews for sales staff to ensure they can perform at their best and build successful sales pipelines
- Creating plans for accessing new markets and potential revenue streams
- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing plans to support sales
- Prepare and present pricing options and proposals to prospective businesses
- Secure and Manager National Accounts
- Accurate reporting on sales performance
- Raising the profile of the business at industry events and networking events
- Competitor analysis and market mapping
- Lead by example
Skills & Experience Required:
- Ideal applicants will have a proven track record in sales within the property, accommodation, hotel or serviced apartment sectors
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales and performance of sales teams
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willing to travel and meet with current and prospective new clients
