Sales and Marketing Executive


We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Executive, to work at our clients incredible student accommodation property, based in Wembley. 


The successful applicant must enjoy developing a professional but personal relationship with student customers, parents, universities and clients.


Key Tasks:


  • Undertaking viewings of the site / common areas / any available show flat
  • General reception and administration duties
  • Answering incoming calls and following-up potential sales
  • Liaising with head office to confirm number of viewings and bookings
  • Forwarding application forms to interested students
  • Providing potential students with useful information on the local area
  • Daily update of the site Social Medias (Face book- Twitter- Instagram)
  • Assisting in writing reports and analysis data
  • Able to create, organize and manage events on site during the academic year
  • Ensure there is always enough marketing material on site
  • Create interest in Google and Student Crowd reviews, and respond to all feedback
  • Actively promote the residence, and any special offers, to current residents
  • Actively promote the residence, and special offers, to prospective residence either on tours, University Open Days, Housing and Trade show fairs
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Assistant Accommodation Manager or Accommodation Manger
  • Make sure Health and Safety requirements are met on site.

  • Able to organise and meet deadlines and targets
  • Good knowledge in using social medias
