Temporary Customer Service Assistant


Our Reading based client are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to support them throughout the busy summer period, for a minimum of 3 months.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
  • Taking orders
  • Arranging services for customers
  • Processing complaints and, if appropriate, issuing refunds.
  • Taking information from customers and entering it into a database.
  • Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary


Salary: £11.00 per hour
