Our client is a Professional Services firm with an outstanding reputation seeking a lovely administrator/secretary to join their friendly and supportive team in Reading town centre on either a part time or full time basis. The hours of the role are 9.30am to 2.30pm (part time) or 9am to 5.30pm (full time), Monday to Friday, and will be office based.
The role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Dealing with and following up of all enquiries for department services
- Dealing with the typing, preparation and production of all documents and correspondence as requested
- Attending to clients on the telephone, email and in person. Taking and recording accurately any messages and pass the same on to the appropriate person
- Dealing accurately with filing in whatever form required
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining diaries and calendars, and meeting clients
Successful candidates will have the following skills, qualities and experience:
- Be well versed in dealing with clients from initial enquiries through to work being concluded
- Have a thorough understanding of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Be flexible and well organised
- Be a team player who is willing to support others when necessary
- Be willing to learn, adaptable and personable
