Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing organisation seeking to recruit a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Reading.
Your role will be focused on providing outstanding customer service to all of their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering Inbound calls and emails from customers
- Deal with queries, questions and possibly complaints in a polite and friendly manner
- Carrying out general administration tasks relevant to your role
- Support the wider business as required
Experience and technical skills
- Experience isn't essential, as long as you are proactive, willing to learn and have a good telephone manner
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to details
This is a temporary position to start ASAP. Please note that this will be an office based role.
