Marketing Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their career in a market leading organisation. You will join a team that are driving the development of customer partnerships via B2B marketing campaigns that add true value. As Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team to deliver the marketing plan.
The role
Reporting into the Senior Trade Marketing Manager your role will include:
- POS/Merchandising: responsible for the management and processing of POS & merchandise & Clothing requests, from internal staff and customers.
- Promotions: responsible for the processing of voucher requests and the administration of dealer promotional rewards within the VMA division liaising with sales team as appropriate
- Events: help coordinate various dealer trips and event tickets on behalf of sales team and customers
- Invoicing: responsible for processing Clothing invoices and recording all relevant expenditure within the dealer marketing spreadsheets
Skills & Experience
You will have some general administration experience with the desire to champion the “best” customer experience.
- Communication – demonstrate good skills with the ability to deliver messages in a confident manner.
- Customer Service – have a strong belief in the need for excellent customer service, and putting the customer at the centre of any activity
- Delivering Results – gets things done on time within in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Drive – a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and prioritise workload were required.
- Planning: demonstrates excellent administration and organisational skills and has analytical capabilities combined with a good knowledge of Excel
- Experience - a minimum of 1 years’ experience of administration including Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
- Qualifications - educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a full UK driving license being desirable.
