EllisKnight are partnering with a rapidly growing property company who are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative for their accommodation based in Leeds.
This busy and varied, stand alone role will require you to:
- Perform reactive maintenance works
- Conduct planned and preventative maintenance works
- Complete weekly health & safety tests
- Complete daily cleaning of all communal areas
- Carry out grounds and garden maintenance
- Assist the the customer services team with room inspections and end of tenancy inspections
In order to be considered for this role, you should:
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Enjoy engaging and communicating with tenants
- Be willing to carry out tasks that may fall out of your job remit
This role is paying to £21k
