Finance Assistant - CRM Students

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Business Partner for all mobilising and de-mobilising student sites. You will assist with data preparation, cleanse for migration and data tasks for demobilising sites. You will also chase information to set up new bank accounts and build a good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders for both the UK and European mobilisations as required.
Key Tasks
- To assist with finance related matters on demobilising sites.
- To support the Finance Business Partner on finance related matters on migrating sites understanding the mobilisation lifecycle and requirements over the next 3 years.
- To obtain relevant information, relevant to ASTs, client structure and management agreements to ensure the correct approach is taken.
- To provide assistance in the sourcing of information for account opening or closing queries.
- To support the setting up of Merchant Numbers.
- To support the process of Gateways.
- To support the timely transfer data from the incoming Managing Agent or Seller/Purchaser.
- To assist in the setting up of branches for the new sites within the relevant Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- To assist with the Tenancy Deposit Schemes to arrange transfer and registration of deposits on sites being on boarded.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years in a finance admin role or relevant post of similar responsibility.
- Educated to minimum AAT ( Part Qualified). QBE will be considered.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Focus on & commitment to excellence in customer service.
