Assistant Sales and Operations Manager
Work with us at one of CRM Students' luxury accommodation sites! If you have excellent rapport building skills and have experience in Sales and Marketing this could be just the place for you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting industry. You will be responsible for promoting this stylish building and networking with local students to achieve 100% occupancy. It is a beautiful, modern, and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities.
The role will need a customer focused approach and careful attention to detail. The successful candidate will need to be able to show initiative, be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills as well as a professional outlook. A highly organised work ethic is vital.
Key Tasks
- Managing and dealing with a high level of sales enquiries.
- Conducting viewings for prospective residents.
- Taking responsibility for the rental income for your site. Managing arrears and all financial processes on resident accounts.
- Marketing and promotion of the
- Maintaining brand awareness and actively helping to maintain the reputation of the site.
- Being a key point of contact for residents in relation to their tenancy.
- Full management of all sales operations including managing new bookings, room allocation, tenancy takeovers etc
- Be active in driving on the social media presence for the brand. Able to create new content as well as posting regular, engaging stories and posts.
We are seeking the following skills/attributes:
- Experience within student accommodation preferred but not
- Experience of working within the hospitality sector also
- Experience of working to deadlines and
- Direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a high volume sales environment preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly professional.
- Self-motivated and results
Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
