This is a great opportunity to make this role your own, taking full ownership of the overall 360 recruitment process from writing job adverts, sourcing/headhunting candidates, screening and through too offer stage ensuring an easy transition into the company. Working within a growing Industry, the Recruiter in this business will be confident within a fast-paced tech environment focusing on identifying and securing talented both permanent and contract.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years as an experienced 360 Inhouse recruiter (ideally with some Technical knowledge)
- A good understanding of both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience using an ATS
- Be an affective communicator to both hiring managers, HR and candidates
- Proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Manage our recruitment strategy and have a clear plan.
- Work efficiently to attract, select, and recruit suitable candidates for a wide range of roles within the business.
- Build a strong pipeline of connections for both permanent and contract candidates.
- Be a key liaison between all stakeholders including agencies.
- Managing multiple stakeholders at the point of reviewing CV’s to ensuring timelines are met through to offer stage.
- Utilise candidate tracking system.
- Write job advert copy and produce other promotional material.
- Assisting with the logging and tracking of applications via our inhouse ATS system
- Liaising with other external agencies, making key decisions on internal and external roles.
- Screening candidates ensuring good relationship management is kept at all times in representing the business..
- Work closely with HR keeping recruitment forecasts up to date
- Responding to queries from applicants and collating feedback
- Update candidates throughout the interviewing process ensuring substantial feedback is given.
- Chasing up interview and CV feedback from key stakeholders.
- Attend weekly HR meetings giving an overview of updates within recruitment.
