EllisKnight are partnered with a Global Automotive Business who are growing and are now looking to hire an entry / trainee / graduate level or experienced 1st line/ Technical support engineer / officer or someone who is passionate about Technology who is a fluent French speaker (Additional German Language skills would also be desirable) to join their Technical Support team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Technology minded/interested individual to fast-track their technical knowledge and career in a fast paced and customer focused global business.

- Graduates or College/ School leavers who have complete some further study/certifications or work experience in a technology related subject/field.

This company will support and progress you with further training and exposure to some of the worlds most advanced digital technology / interactive technology solutions. They will provide further study opportunities but also open up further career development internally (2 years+) for the right candidates once they have proved themselves within this role.
This role will be a customer facing role where most of the work will be over phone and email with some video meetings.
Duties/Requirements:- Providing 1st line technical support; answering support queries (In French & English) via phone & email
- Fluent in French and English. (Anyone with German language skills also would be a bonus)
- Deliver technical support to customers to identify and resolve problems with laptops/pc hardware/software and associated equipment.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to good service management principles.
- Investigating problems in systems and services.
- Allocating more complex calls to relevant 2nd level support personnel and pro-actively follows up status of open calls.
