A wonderful opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a small busy team of HR generalists within a fantastic organisation, supporting with a wide range of HR administrative activities. This is a six month contract role working full time, Monday to Friday, based on site with parking available for you.
This position will include the following key responsibilities:
- Providing support in all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring that company documentation and requisitions are completed, schedules are maintained and kept up-to-date; maintaining the recruitment database as directed.
- Supporting the administration of new hires, eg: preparation of new starter files, adding new starter to HR database, checking/recording probation dates.
- Preparation and collation of induction packs in time for forthcoming start-dates and transfers, as appropriate.
- Scanning and e-filing employee-related documents as directed eg, changes to personal details.
- Filing all hard copies eg, contracts of employment, into employee physical files.
- Reporting in Excel: monthly training reconciliation, weekly Covid stats, headcount reports.
- Scanning to archive, filing (virtual and physical employee files), cleaning and inputting missing data in our on-site database and reconciling against payroll etc.
- Assisting with the collation and circulation of written communications to staff.
- Fielding telephone calls and providing telephone cover as directed.
The following skills, qualities and experience will be required:
- Proficient in Excel and good at manipulating spreadsheets.
- Adept at working with HR databases/software.
- Confident using MS Word
- Superb communication skills, both oral and written
- Proactive
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A wonderful team player
