- Description
We are currently recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Reading.
Your role will be focused on providing outstanding customer service to all of their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering Inbound calls and emails from customers
- Deal with queries, questions and possibly complaints in a polite and friendly manner
- Carrying out general administration tasks relevant to your role
- Support the wider business as required
Experience and technical skills
- Experience isn't essential, as long as you are proactive, willing to learn and have a good telephone manner
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to details
This is a temporary position to start early January 2022 and will last until July / August.
Please note that this will be an office based role.
