Accommodation Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company that specialise in managing a large portfolio of luxury student accommodation properties across the UK and Europe.
We are seeking an Accommodation Manager to help manage two luxury student accommodation properties, close together in Greenwich, London.
Duties will include the following:
* Ensure that all visitors and residents receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome
* Show new potential tenants around rooms with the aim of converting viewings into room bookings
* Manage facilities tasks and escalate any maintenance issues to the maintenance operative when necessary
* Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner
* Build strong working relationships and provide an excellent service to all tenants, so they feel like it's a home from home
* Work with the team to coordinate events and provide an excellent environment for the students to live in
* Ensure that health and safety and fire regulations are met
* Undertake room inspections and report any issues
* Use local knowledge to ensure that visitors and residents are aware of local amenities and attractions to maximise their stay
* Ensure that budgets are met
* Management of a small team, providing mentoring, training and guidance
* Participate in client meetings and conference calls at scheduled times throughout the month
The skills/attributes that we are seeking are:

* Experience within student accommodation is desirable
