Temporary Property Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of our client's sites based right next to Edinburgh College.
You will be housing students from the College, so we are seeking excellent facilities management and customer service skills- Start Date: 5th Jan 2022
- End Date: 13th Jan 2022 (10 days)
- Hours: 4 hrs per day (11:00am to 15:00pm or 10:30am to 14.30pm to fit school hours)
Duties:- Responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues.
- Mail and parcel collection and distribution.
- Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Facilitating room viewings.
Personality/skills required:- Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to understanding students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good level of computer literacy using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be proactive and be able to use initiative
