Administrator
This is a permanent opportunity to join an award winning, fast-growing cyber security business, based at their Head Office in Reading Town Centre. Please note this role is office based.
You will be reporting to the Corporate Services Lead, working closely with both the Sales and Bid & Client Services teams. You will also be responsible for supporting sales campaigns involving opportunity assessments, production of sales collateral, reporting, and research.
The role:
- Work closely with the sales team to maintain and update the CRM system ensuring quality and accuracy of the sales pipeline data
- Be a welcome point to clients and prosects as they visit the office for meetings and demonstrations
- Scheduling/attending meetings, and recording planner actions
- CRM Data entry - Research contacts ascertained from events and other sources and update as necessary to ensure no missed opportunities
- Maintain the contact database and provide monthly metrics about the contact we have with our targets and the areas where more focus is needed
- Setting up the demo suite prior to on-site customer demonstrations - Training will be provided
- Produce commercial communications including NDA, quotes, contracts, costing etc
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information for completion of sales enquiries
- Support the development of sales documentation, processes and supporting materials including opportunity assessments and management information reports
- Work effectively as part of the team to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce sales collateral
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics qualifications
- A-Levels Grades A-C or Equivalent
- Experience working with a Sales team
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
