Our well established client will soon be relocating to the Didcot area and is looking to grow their team over the next 12 months. This will mean some travelling to their current Head Office which is about 35 minutes from Didcot.
As Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration of sales orders, facilitating the delivery logistics from the UK and the rest of the World and liaising with internal sales managers to provide customer support.
Who and what are they looking for?
- The role requires a you to have amazing attention to detail and accuracy
- You should possess excellent people and communication skills
- Ideally you will be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Softer traits include flexibility and enthusiasm
- As you'd expect. knowledge of logistics is essential!
- Not essential, but definitely beneficial - either European or Japanese language skills
This is an extremely varied role and one that will most definitely keep you busy. There would also be opportunities to progress.
The salary is between £24,000 - £30,000 depending on your experience and they offer some very good benefits.
Whilst they are absolutely willing to wait for the right person, they can also accommodate an immediate start.
