Night Accommodation Manager - Kingston Upon Thames
This role is working onsite at a luxury student accommodation property in Kingston Upon Thames.This is a permanent, full time role, working from 7pm onwards, 5 days a week, 40 hours a week.
Key Tasks:- Acting as Nights/Weekend Team Leader and point of Call for Escalations with Accommodation Managers Support.
- Assisting, Hosting and running smooth operation of an exciting in house Events Program for residents.
- Conducting tours and viewings of the property if arranged Early Evening.
- Responding to all new enquiries through all mediums, including emails, online chat and phone calls ensuring that these are answered within a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on all interest and ensure that all sales opportunities are explored
- Process new applications within timescales given
- Undertaking regular inspections of the show flat and ensure this is set up according to standard
- Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to potential residents.
- Ensuring there is always enough marketing material onsite.
- Supporting with the creation and maintenance of Social media channels
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the target audience is being reached - Keep up to date with competitor activities
