Ellis Knight excited to be working with a French multinational pharmaceutical and cosmetics company, based in Green Park, Reading who are now looking for an Office Coordinator to join their growing team.
The Office Coordinator role will be full time, on a 36 month fixed term contract.
This position has responsibility for the smooth running of the office, managing the consumer inbox and phone lines, providing support to The Business Unit Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Travel and event coordination
- New starters
- Consumer inbox and telephone line
- Marketing support
- Operations Support
Person specification:
- Have 5 GSCE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a successful track record in the organisation and coordination of tasks within a similar environment
- Demonstrate previous experience of excellent customer service.
- Have relevant experience and proven success of supporting projects, people and resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge of office machinery (printers, scanners, franking machine)
