Weekend Customer Service Assistant
This vacancy is working for a luxury student accommodation provider at one of their lovely properties in Kingston Upon Thames.
The aim of the role is to work with the onsite team to provide excellent customer service and support to the residents.
Working hours are Saturday & Sunday from 8pm - 8am.The Role:
You will be required to support the onsite team in responding to customer queries, reply to requests for marketing material on the property, confirming viewing appointments, managing deliveries and post collections.
We are looking for people with a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service, can take ownership of customer issues and take real pride in their work to keep standards very high.
