We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client based in Basingstoke town centre on a temporary basis as an Office Assistant with receptionist duties. This position will temporary for six weeks, to help support with a busy administrative project - you'll be joining a fantastic team with lovely offices. Ideally, you will be available to start on Monday 11th October with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Our client is very happy to provide training and may also be able to offer further work during peak periods throughout the year.
The role will involve the followiing responsibilities:
- Photocopying and scanning
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Document checking
- Filing
- Data entry
- Other administrative duties as required

Unfortunately, there is no parking on site, but the firm is just a short walk from Basingstoke station.
