Our client is growing rapidly across the UK with an expanding portfolio of own brand and client branded properties, providing excellence in marketing and managing student accommodation on behalf of high-profile clients.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team of 16 to help create and deliver a robust marketing strategy to increase development and rental performance.
Purpose:
- Support the Marketing Manager on a range of marketing activities to drive interest in our properties and achieve full occupancy across the portfolio.
- Develop the CRM Students brand through a range of marketing opportunities, both online and offline
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital formats, working with the wider marketing team
Key tasks:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to understand the needs of the client and deliver planning and budgets per property, as per the strategy, ensuring consistency across the portfolio
- Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, open days, university fairs and site and city events
- Co-ordinate marketing activities across email, print, and local advertising
- Identify opportunities to promote CRM Students and associated brands in the student market and plan activities, contribute new initiatives and ways of working
- Design and produce marketing materials to support clients and their properties, briefing designers and managing the process through to delivery
- Support the delivery of digital campaigns and social media content, working with the website and digital teams
- Work with designers, briefing and monitoring outputs to continuously achieve compelling creative to support CRMs desire to stay ahead of the competition
- Co-ordinate media planning for online and offline advertising
- Manage the image library including sourcing images and organising files
- Regularly update clients, obtain approvals, tracking activity and measuring performance
- Act as brand guardian, ensure consistency across all marketing outputs so that customer facing materials meet standards and produce outstanding return on investment
- Provide a first point of contact to marketing enquires from third party suppliers, Operations and Finance teams, clients, students and other stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships and providing excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
- Good IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- An ability to present information clearly and logically and communicate effectively with others
- Highly organised and efficient
- Strong team player keen to share best practice
- Able to build relationships within different departments and also externally with suppliers
