CRM Students is the leading independent provider of managed student accommodation with a portfolio of 60 properties and 23,000 beds in 40 cities across the UK. Currently continuing to grow with an ever increasing workload of innovative on-trend digital marketing activities to engage undergraduate and postgraduate students from both the UK and internationally, CRM are looking to strengthen their digital team with the appointment of a Digital Marketing Executive.
Key Purpose of the role:- To assist the Digital Marketing Managers and the wider team in planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing activity – including, but not limited to Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), email and social media
- To help the team generate bookings through a range of online media
- To contribute to the online presence for CRM and partner websites, whilst improving the effectiveness of CRM marketing across all digital channels
- To ensure that all marketing efforts are tracked, reported and analysed
Key Tasks:- Ensure that the CRM Students website and associated websites are updated in a timely and correct manner, using Wordpress
- Create PPC calendars and campaigns for assigned client accounts to drive conversions
- Assist the Digital Marketing Managers and the wider team to improve SEO across the CRM website
- Work with the wider Digital Marketing Team to create and schedule social media content for the CRM brand, as well as providing helpful social media assets to Accommodation Site Teams across the country
- Help produce in-depth reports for all digital marketing channels to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide analysis of the data to help continued growth in the future
- Provide assistance with digital projects, as and when required
Skills:- Experience of working in a digital marketing environment
- Knowledge and experience of using website Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Wordpress, along with some HTML knowledge
- Experience planning and using pay per click platforms and services including, but not limited to Google Ads
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and an interest in working in a results orientated role and able to present results
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
