EllisKnight Projects are looking for an experience SC Cleared AWS / Azure Project Manager for this long term (12 month +) opportunity. The Project Manager (AWS/Azure) will form an integral component to this new programme of work and will be paid on a day rate outside IR35 as part of a wider programme team.
The project manager will be working have overall responsibility for the deployment of services to AWS and Azure. You will play a key role in agreeing project objectives, planning project activities, evaluating and managing the implementation and monitoring the progress of projects.- Experience in managing AWS and Azure Cloud Migrations
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong background in managing Cloud Infrastructure projects
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge
- Demonstrable budget management experience
- Proven track record in delivering technology projects.
- Experience of managed service environments, with an awareness of ITIL best practice.
- Strong presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
- In depth understanding of UK Government Security Classifications.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a Service and Project Management environment.
Qualifications- We are looking for a professionally experienced and ideally certified Project Manager: APMP /Prince 2/ PMI /Managing Successful Programmes
- AWS or Azure Certification would be desirable
