EllisKnight International are working with a fantastic boutique company based in Pangbourne who are looking for a Retail Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based within an excellent working environment in beautiful surroundings with free onsite parking.
This exciting and varied role will require working alongside and reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the retail operation. You will also be responsible for processing customer and stock orders, stock movements, stock & till reports, supplier & customer invoices, and running the service and repair department.
You must have very strong system and administration skills which are allied to a customer focused and problem-solving attitude.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays may be required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the service and repair operation with outworkers
- Maintain the accuracy of the dealer licence
- Raise, process, and monitor the status of all supplier and customer invoices
- Administer the ecommerce stock and sales
- Prepare and analyse stock & till reports
