Ellis knight technology have an urgent requirement for a SIEM QRadar engineer/Technical specialist to join an exciting Consultancy based from either Hereford or Hertfordshire.
Due to this being a Defence contract (highly secure systems and information access) this position will require the successful applicants to be on-site each day.The role will initially be for the next 3 months with further extensions likely. Given the growth of this client there could also be an opportunity to increase the working days as the programme develops.for permanent longer term if that is of interest.
The ideal candidate will need to have a current SC or DV clearance without any restrictions.Key experience and overview:
- Designs have now been completed as have some of the deployments, but still more deployments to do and so
- Need to be able to understand the designs and run the deployments with QRadar.
- Technical/hands on experience with QRadar and Protective Monitoring / Network Monitoring experience (Netflow).
- Lead on designing, integrating, implementing and transitioning the Netflow elements of the design which form a key component of a new Service Management system (ITIL based solution).
- Review current LLDs
- Produce Implementation Plans
- Complete Builds in all environments
