EllisKnight are partnered with a brilliant and rapidly growing IT business based in Reading, Berkshire who are now looking for an Administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all quotations into our UK customer base. You will ensure all quotes for Partners are issued effectively and accurately from our multi-vendor sales activity. You will need to be organised, proactive proficient in using CRM's and excel and have an efficient mannerism to ensure the highest level of customer service is always offered.

  • Create customer quotations in our CRM system across multi different price books, part codes and currency.
  • Ensure the Deals and quotations are entered into the relevant forecast category and date to enable the sales team to forecast accurately.
  • Create and maintain renewal reports per vendor and per partner requirements
  • Offering a high level of customer service to inbound queries from Partners
  • Build and maintain relationships in the top partners to ensure a strong level of communication on quotations and customer queries and service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent usage of multi systems including CRM and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Experience in Sales Order administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
  • Self-motivated; Proactive; Team Player
  • Strong systems acumen and ability to learn and navigate around reports and forecasting systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Exceptional Customer Service, interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Able to work independently and remotely with other members of the team
