We also love recruitment and we're looking for a Resourcer to work alongside one of our Senior Account Managers to help attract and source the very best talent anywhere for our number 1 client.

The role:
* Working as part of a team to deliver creative candidate attraction campaigns using all advertising, social media and resourcing tools available
* Advertising vacancies to attract the very best talent available
* Ensuring that the recruitment process is inclusive, accessible and equitable for all job seekers
* Closely manage the candidate journey for all vacancies to ensure that every candidate can present their application in the best way to suit them
* Promoting each opportunity with passion, excitement and good knowledge
* Conducting interviews to help shortlist candidates for each role
* Manage the recommend-a-friend and referral programmes
* Help to put together and produce accurate management information on all recruitment projects
* Regular updates and weekly reporting for the Account Director
* Updating the CRM systems with details of all recruitment on the account
* Attending client site meetings and attending service reviews
* Continuous process improvements
Skills & Experience:
* Experience within HR or recruitment would be useful, but it's not essential
* A confident communicator that is interested in people
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* Passionate about delivering a consistently high level of service to all applicants and Hiring Managers
* A positive attitude and pride in working at your very best
