Check-In Assistant
This is a 3 Day Temp Position to help with the Check-Ins for the students moving in.- The Dates are: Friday 3rd September - Sunday 5th September
- Hours: 10:00am - 17:00pm
- Hourly Rate: £9per hour
You will deal with students from all over the world, so it is important that you are knowledgeable, polite and possess strong communication skills.
The duties will include:- Ensure that all visitors receive a warm and friendly welcome
- Carry out student tours and show to their rooms
- Help guide new students into the accommodation giving them enough information to navigate the facility.
- Provide support to the Manager and Assistant Manager
- Managing the flow of people in and out of the building
For this position we are seeking the following:- Customer facing experience
- Very familiar with social media channels
- The ability to multi task
- Well-presented and friendly
- Excellent communication skills
