Marketing Administrator (Kickstart Scheme)

6 months FTC (with potential to become permanent)

CRM Students is growing rapidly across the UK with an expanding portfolio of own brand and client branded properties, providing excellence in marketing and managing student accommodation on behalf of high profile clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Team to help create and deliver a robust marketing strategy to increase our development and rental performance.

Purpose of the role:

Support the Marketing Team with a wide range of administrative tasks in order to help drive occupancy throughout the CRM portfolio.

Key Tasks:

  • Support the Marketing Team in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and events
  • Review the CRM website and third party listings/referral agent listings across the relevant websites ensuring room descriptions, rents and photography is up to date
  • Manning of live chat and live chat inbox to support with accommodation related queries and direct to the relevant person or team. This includes the opportunity to do extended live chat hours in the busy period during
  • Undertake research for marketing documents including strategies and new proposals
  • Manage PO's and invoices where relevant ensuring all PO's are raised, tracked and issued in a timely fashion, and all invoices are received, signed off by the relevant marketing contact and sent to accounts
  • Manage the process for producing and filing of new contracts for referral agents
  • Support with the CRM portal to ensure promotional orders from site teams are followed through correctly
  • Assist with obtaining quotes from new suppliers including but not limited to promotional items, print and digital activity
  • Ensure timely and professional actions are taken for all day to day marketing tasks in association with own projects including enquiries and administration
  • Be the first point of contact within the marketing team in terms of answering the phone and managing the marketing inbox along with directing enquires to the relevant person
  • Placing uniform orders for site teams - from the placing of the order, raising PO's, checking all artwork is on-brand, signing off artwork ready for processing and receiving invoices. Maintaining regular contact with the site teams will also be

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Hard-working & self-motivated Administrator
  • Excellent attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • A positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Organisational skills with analytical approach
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Good IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • An ability to present information clearly and logically and communicate effectively with others
  • Able to build relationships within different departments and also externally with suppliers

Essential criteria:

As part of the Kickstart Scheme, this role is only open to applicants who meet the following criteria:

Aged 16-24 years of age; and

In receipt of Universal Credits
